The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.

The front desk person at check in was welcoming and professional (I saw him just once). The facilities are excellent and at a very convenient location. It was easy to get from and to O’Hare Airport. Breakfast was included and it was good. The kitchen staff kept the area clean and everything, such as plates and cups were always available. I saw some hard working women in that area 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙂.

Rolling Meadows as an area is great.

Rolling Meadows as an area is great. If you can afford it stay anywhere but at the Motel 6 in this area. The room rate for the quality and smell of this place was not worth it at all. I was so upset that I was made to stay there in those conditions.

Honestly, I travel a lot and stay at different Motel 6 locations across the USA, and I think the staff in this one are truly the best! I had a really good stay. The front desk worker Jenny was very calm and kind, and even let me check in earlier than the usual time. Shilpa is also a wonderful and friendly worker. Both of them are super nice and always ready to help. The hotel itself was clean, and I didn’t experience any problems during my stay. Overall, it’s a great value for the price!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby / bar area was inviting with a pool table and board games. There was inclusive coffee available for guests. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. All in all the hotel had a nice vibe and was good value for money.
