    there is no way I would ever recommend Heritage Inn Express to anyone ever. I was on that property a total of less then 30 minutes to be disrespected. I came away disgusted with booking.com and the lousy customer service at that horrible hotel. I don't trust booking.com. You are modern day highway robbers. No more and no less. I think a major investigation is in order into your business practices. Oh! Please tell me how a $73.00 room advertised online turns into $115.58 and somehow that's a discount? Sounds like bait and switch to me. I think I'll be talking to the state attorney general's office in the very near future.

    It makes a very big difference where you stay in Roseville.

    It makes a very big difference where you stay in Roseville. This property is in the best location hands down. It was clean safe quiet and worth the money. It was different than a lot of other places I’ve stayed. It was not surprising that it was mostly sold out. I wish all of my stays in hotels were like this one.

    This hotel is in a good location, its easy access, although it is on the corner of busy streets. There is a mall close by and lots of choices for eating out. Staff is friendly, breakfast choice is good. No complaints, this will be my place to stay when I come back. I feel safe here, room was clean, has little fridge and microwave. Small snack bar at the front desk with snacks and water/drinks, at normal prices. Check in/out was easy and quick. It was a good stay. Would definitely recommend it.

    The bad: a cockroach on the vanity counter, defective toilet...

    The bad: a cockroach on the vanity counter, defective toilet, lacked cleanliness detail and... those hidden fees will add at least $78.00 to whatever you have paid so far. Roseville is a wonderful place to visit and your experience can be vastly improved by staying at a higher quality facility.

    It is a great stay and safe environment.

    It is a great stay and safe environment. Location was great to the biggest mall in Roseville. Better than Arden mall. We had the best best dinner at Ruth Chris excellent service and food was delicious.
