Maybe it was bad day in the kitchen, but hot water was cold,, orange juice empty, cranberry juice too watered down, hot food was cold. 2nd floor walkway is dangerous, very slick, room old but clean, bed hard.

It's rare to find a suite with three queen beds and we appreciated it. We are three ladies who traveled together and we each like our own bed. The room was spotless, the room was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Appreciated having the coffee in the room and breakfast included. The location was great and it was easy for us to find and find our way around Safford. Desk clerk was friendly and very helpful.
