What can I say. When I travel . I’m just interested in how my y bed is gonna be for sleeping. This was just fine. I’m gone all day and some of the evening. Only use for shower and sleep . So fb me thus was just fine for my expectations.

When I checked in I was told there was no hot water and if I wanted to back out. I said it was too late to back out - I should have been informed before I arrive. Motel 6 should have sent a message. They said they did not send a message because I was dealing with Booking.com and not directly with them. If so, they should have told Booking.com to send me a message day before I arrived that there was no hot water and if I wanted to cancel my reservation.

Short drive to places of interest.
Short drive to places of interest. Great wine tasting area south to Buellton to Solvang, Los Olivos, Foxen Canyon wineries. Hitching Post restaurant in Casmalia for great bbq, Ellen's in Buellton for Danish pancakes, Bob's Bread in Los Alamos and Ballard for FABULOUS breads, pastries, breakfast/lunch, Pappy's in Santa Maria for casual dining, generous servings, reasonable. Drive to Guadalupe to Rancho Guadalupe Dunes Preserve, beautiful beach with a few picnic tables and a restroom.

The beach was great.
The beach was great. We came in January, next time we will try in spring or summer. They're was so much to do, I wish we could have stayed longer. Make sure to check out Old West Cinnamon rolls, and grab a chowder bowl at Wooli's

We usually go to Santa Maria/Orcutt about every 2 months to visit my sister & brother-in-law. We don't do alot of tourist-y things, but have been introduced to several really great places to eat (The Hitching Post in Casmalia for dinner, Kay's, or Jack's for great breakfast and/or lunch, to name a few) , and some super nice people who live and work there. Santa Maria/Orcutt is close to alot of popular beaches, so it's a great home base for a beach day (or two). We love to stay at The Wine Stone Inn in Orcutt for a relaxing and fun get away.

Vehicle was vandalized and items stolen. No security cameras or patrolling. Window was smashed. Hotel said they have no responsibility for the incident.

The worst hotel to stay at, full of dust, mold everywhere, the bed is as hard as a rock and they still ask for a deposit as if it could be damaged more than it is. , Patches of paint everywhere, holes in the wall as if the people renting there were homeless, and the owners don't seem to care. Unfortunately, I looked at the reviews from 8 years ago too late, otherwise I wouldn't have rented it. First and last time I stayed there.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel wasn’t great. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which started early in the morning and made it difficult to rest. Half of the property was inaccessible due to the construction.
The facilities felt outdated and worn, and the air conditioning was quite noisy at night. I hope the renovations will bring real improvements, as the hotel definitely needs an upgrade.

Wine Stone Inn is delightful! The staff are very hospitable and friendly. The design and decor of the hotel and room is modern and comfortable. The continental breakfast is wonderful and the stay was especially nice and relaxing ~Thank you!
