staff was very pleasant from beginning to end of stay the hotel was very clean , was fully booked when we got there so it was a lot of people every where which works out well for any hotel, but if you want a little privacy it could be a bit much but I did like /dislike it was so many people in the pool an Jacuzzi but I did like that it was music playing when I was trying to relax in Jacuzzi . I went down to get a drink from the food area for my spouse an I was able to get two complementary drinks which I thought was nice of the supervisor to do which he didn't have to over all I enjoyed my stay an had a wonderful weekend

Being in Shelton was very convenient because you were 15 to 20 minutes away from other cities. There is one big strip mall with tons of food options. There is an amazing arcade and liquid nitrogen ice cream shop.

Hotel was clean which is very important. Staff was very helpful. Parking was plentiful. Many restaurants and retail stores in the area and hotel centrally located. I would stay here any time, we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very nice. Front desk and cleaners. My complaints below are minor, especially bc cleanliness is number 1 for me and I found it to be super clean. I hate that there is the no working fan in the bathroom. I never understood any hotel that wouldn’t have a fan bc it’s just gross. This is mote common than you think. There was a fan above the toilet, but no switch. It was very dusty too. The way the door opened to the bathroom was awkward because it was on a diagonal so not much space in front of vanity. The a/c was a little noisy. We had to bang on it a couple times so it would stop making noise. Other than this. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and parking and location was convenient.

I’m on the second floor, ice machine in on the third, YET IT DOESNT WORK😡😡😡. I didn’t Bria phone charging cube , their charging system didn’t work so had to keep going to car to charge our phones…fridge temperature was terrible ,no freezer or dial to make cold 😡😡😡😡 cut leg on bed frame, there is a pic of metal end

We were in Shelton for a family funeral. My husband was born in the area and we were visiting after a long time away. I can't imagine what people would do in the area unless they had a connection to the area but it is beautiful when the leaves are changing. The Italian infleunce dictates the food. We loved the Brookside Inn in Orange and enjoyed the Riverdale Diner (we went there twice). We had little trouble finding things with our google map app.
