We couldn’t stay because of the strong chemical smell that caused us to have asthma attack. As soon as we we walked into the hotel and got worse when we opened the door to the room. So we had to leave. The hotel said they would send a request for booking..com to issue me a refund. Please refund me the money as I had to book another place to stay.

I didn’t. The web site states pet friendly. NOT TRUE
I called in advance before I booked and inquired about being pet friendly and pricing.
I booked the room for 1 week
I arrived 10.5 hours later to be asked to leave
