Breakfast was delicious. My husband had the eggs, bacon, and sourdough toast with potatoes. I had the granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Both were perfect. Coffee and tea were great. One suggestion, I would like to see Rooibus tea on the menu.

Wide, bright and full of comforts room with an amazing view on 'the never sleeping' New York. Indeed many lights up from small windows all around during the night for a wonderful 'panorama'... Design of interior rooms, lobby, etc. was modern, clean, crisp and ergonomic. Quality in size of room, hardware and all furnishings, loved the automatic blackout screen and sheer curtains, large windows with view. Service and staff response quick, friendly and efficient.

We are 2 family , and this hotel was perfect. Very clean , new rooms and bathrooms. Very quiet. Excellent location , you can visit everything on walk from the hotel. Very kind also all the people that work at the reception, we will come back the next time we will visit NY. Thank you very much

The room was spacious, renovated, large bed, quiet, the staff of the hotel was very kind, professional and helpful. We asked to change the room and they delivered my request. The bathroom was also clean and nicely renovated.

I felt safe in this hotel.

I felt safe in this hotel. Very quiet and just a walking distance to all these restaurants and stores. I was very impressed that it’s very clean and had no issues with noise. Stay here. You’re near the airport, shopping areas and it feels like you are in Egypt.

This place was dirty and the sheets were not clean, the fire...

This place was dirty and the sheets were not clean, the fire alarm was not installed correctly and was not even activated, fire hazard. Room had trash on the floor underneath the bed so you know they don't clean thoroughly. The neighborhood is loud as heck at night even 2 am, which is not their fault but there wasnt any curtains to dampen the sound. Im sure that soundproofing was not even on their mind making the hotel.

Spotless clean, close to LaGuardia Airport, everything appeared brand new. Bed pillows and sheets fresh crisp and clean. Could see Manhattan out the window. Neat Morrican Neighborhood with little cafes restaurants and food carts.
