    staff were helpful _ I booked through Booking .

    staff were helpful _ I booked through Booking .Com on the way there and found out when I arrived that I had booked (or Booking .com made an error) a week in advance. The desk person was very helpful (but we were both helpless) to try and get the date changed. Don't use Booking .Dot Com! You end up paying for both dates if you make an error! Anyway we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities for the hotel and the price was very reasonable. (Booking.com's rate was honored). The room was very comfortable, bed was fine. Breakfast was fine too.

    The eye for detail is amazing bath sheets to shower bath mat for the floor and ladies even eye remover wipes I’m really impressed they want to make sure you feel comfortable while your staying kudos to them

    Price was reasonable but the room inside and outside was...

    Price was reasonable but the room inside and outside was dirty not clean at all. I guess you get what you pay for, housekeeping never came to exchange towels or refill toilet paper during our 3 night stay with 3 people.

    Tipped staff to change linens , was never done . 3 days no one cleaned the room. Staff mopping with stinky mop. Staff talking about not being paid good and they will go to another job. On top of everything kicking me out for another guests load voice and other hotel clients making noise , not me or my kids . I would like a refund of part of my stay or I will continue to speak to higher management or google review.

    Very good hotel. Easily reachable by car within 25-30 mins from very the center of Detroit. Modern, clean, big room, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, spacious parking. Everything as it should be. Thank you !

    Breakfast was mediocre, usual hotel breakfast. Eggs and sausage. No bagels which I'm used to seeing at many other locations, just plane white toast was the only option I saw.
