Checking in was quick, and parking was available right in front of the room. I had asked beforehand for a room on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate me. The room was bigger than expected and comfortable.

Cool and funky vibe, very Palm Springs. Great staff, very comfy big bed, large tv and channel selection. Big shower, bathroom. Beautiful pool area, plus an oversized spa pool! Parking is easy and handy to accommodation. Breakfast included was a surprise and nice way to start the day.

From check in to check out everything was great. I have to mention Joseph at the front desk was amazing, couldn’t of been more helpful and he upgraded our group upon arrival. He was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at this hotel is of a high standard with great staff especially Alan who was our waiter at our last meal who had great recommendations and was very accommodating, however all the staff across the hotel where fabulous and attentive. I could not recommend this hotel enough, I have stayed at this hotel many of times and these standards have been up kept with each stay.

    I stayed there all the time however on this occasion I needed to cancel wasn't able to and booking.com charged me for my reservation anyway even though I didn't stay there with some fine print somewhere along the way very disgusting I wonder what the odds are of this getting posted never used booking.com again
