The customer service, breakfast, cleanliness, comfort… everything was perfect. It was a little loud outside because of the location, but not enough to disturb your sleep. We had a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and, of course, come back.

The staff were exceptionally helpful especially the young lady manning reception, we think her name was Noelle or Nicky. She helped us immensely with our onward journey and was really friendly with the kids.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was top-notch — the staff was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax after a day out. One of the highlights was the coffee and cookies available all day, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent.

Very nice, modern, comfortable and clean room. It feels like it was renovated last week. I also happened to get a room on the 9th floor so the view was also great. The hotel is 200 meters from the station exit. This was a perfect stay and choice of hotel. I will choose the same hotel if I visit NY again.
