Vance is nice.
Vance is nice. The manufacturing plant is the big feature, but there are a lot of nice restaurants and things to do indoors and outdoors. I went through in late autumn and found it very pleasant.
The surface roads are pretty good and signage makes it easy to navigate without a gps or nav screen.
I stayed at the Greystone, which is a nice out of the way hotel at a fair price. But it was a short trip to restaurants and the Mercedes plant.

I loved the Alabama theme throughout the hotel. We were there for the Iron Bowl. It was a convenient location and very affordable. The staff was awesome -everybody with smiles on their faces. The breakfast was great. Snacks when we checked in. But most of all- I LOVED THE SHOWER!!!
Most awesome shower I have ever had. Felt like a massage.
We will definitely stay again if we are up that way and recommend to others.

The staff at this Hotel were so very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were clean and acceptable. The breakfast was ok with enough variety to get us going on our way. The area was peaceful and quiet with a diner located a few miles down the road. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Sodas and water are available complimentary at the desk. Breakfast was good. Quick to answer any questions we had. Helped with any issues that came up.

I like the fact that the hotel was very close to my job and I could walk to the location if needed.
