They closed the pool earlier than was posted and got upset when everyone wanted to stay and swim. They had no towels and no maintenance. There was an excuse for everything. The restaurant service was awful and the breakfast was cold .Guest review byCourtneyUnited States - 8.0
It was a very nice hotel.
It was a very nice hotel. Great location with alot of restaurant and food option around. Pool was nice..just disappointed we couldn't use whirlpool. I'm guessing cause of covid restrictions but would definitely Stay there again.Guest review byRochelleUnited States

I work for a reputable 2nd hand chain in upper management and I have never (with my naked eye)seen a BED BUG. If necessary, we follow protocol and clean the facility and move on. This is not a a procedural issue.. this is a 'when I tell you that the front desk employee was eaiting and spitting out bites of food while I'm saying to you that your hotel is essentially a pile of trash right now......' We were in a recently remodeled room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast and fitness center.
