The staff were abusive, unprofessional and threatening. The guy checking us in ‘pulled the finger’ on us because we took to long finding our luggage tag. we weren’t expecting 5 star service but also didn’t expect to be abused on several occasions

Yosemite is the most beautiful place ever.

Yosemite is the most beautiful place ever. Hiking, biking and photography are awesome. Since Covid and change in concessionaire food quality has dropped. Little options for variety if you stay for more than two days. Shuttle was not running. We hiked 6 miles each day.

I loved that you could walk to so many beautiful sites from Yosemite Village. We walked every day to water falls, mirror lake, or just in the vicinity. We never got in our car during the 5 night stay. We went in March - off season and was treated to no crowds, cold but beautiful days with some sunshine, and snow on the day before our departure. It was perfect.

Excellent staff, can't think of a better location.

Excellent staff, can't think of a better location. We visited while snow was on the ground and few visitors were there due to COVID restrictions, but the staffing and accommodations were in place as one would expect--no cutting of corners.

Stunning views🤗 Staying right in the middle of the valley, with just lovely trails just round the house, both very easy Lower Yosemite Falls, beautiful, and Upper Yosemite Falls streanious and stunning! Mirror lake was a lovely and easy walk. Valley Lodge had many different foodings, good for different preferenses: from easy fast food, to fine dining. I'll be back for sure☺️❤️🐻🐾😍

We were happy with our stay. the location was great being right in the national park. I was a little surprised to see the shuttle bus fee was build in the price for the room and we didn't even use the bus as you can walk everywhere, and they did say it was a free shuttle, a little confusing. The national park is a must see.

The location makes all the expense and travel well worth it. Stunningly beautiful. Majestic. The Awhanee is in the perfect location for adventurous day hikes on so many beautiful nearby trails.

The location was magical. There was a lively bar nearby and a cafe. The shuttle buses stopped close by but you could walk to the majority of attraction in the valley.
