The hotel is located in the train station building. We were welcomed by a really kind and always smiling man who´s name was Aziz, who helped us a lot. Everything was nicely set and prepared in our room, including house shoes, bathrobes, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, just everything you can imagine. The towels were changed daily and we were pleasantly surprised by the room service, as the room was cleaned daily and it was left always spotless. The breakfasts were really rich, either in the form of a buffet or the food was prepared for us on a table. We felt quite bad and would like to apologize to the hotel staff, but we just couldn´t eat all the food and we felt like we were wasting a large amount of it. It really was impossible for us to to eat all the food, the breakfast were really exquisite. Since the accomodation is located in the centre of the city and in the train station building it´s a perfect place to start exploring the beatifull city of Tashkent. A subway station is really close.

I stayed here with my child for a few days, and we truly had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and hospitality. The host explained everything clearly, helped us settle in, and even offered us tea after a long trip — such a small thing, but it made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were cozy, the linens were fresh, and everything smelled nice and clean. Traveling with a child, comfort and safety are very important to me, and this place definitely met those expectations — the area is quiet, no noise at night, air conditioning works perfectly, and the windows close tightly. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with small essentials like salt, sugar, and oil — it was so convenient not to run to the store right away. Shops, cafes, and a bus stop are nearby, and getting to the city center was quick and easy. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, which kept my child entertained with cartoons while I cooked. I also want to highlight how kind and attentive the hosts were — always available, quick to respond, and genuinely caring. That kind of hospitality is rare to find. Overall, we felt completely at home here. If we ever come back to this city, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your warm welcome!
