Big spacious room. Bigger than I had anticipated. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff (They even helped me with carrying my luggage in when i arrived and when i left. Gave me a souvenir ☺️🥰😍🤩). 24/7 front desk help. Very safe. My partner arrived after midnight because their flight landed after 12, but they did not just let them in, they made sure that they call to ensure that im safe. Central to everything. Transport and restaurants easily accessible. I would definitely visit here again.

I had a positive overall experience at this hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive, always ready to assist. The hotel is brand new, recently built, so the rooms and facilities look modern and clean. The hotel left a good impression, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new and comfortable place to stay near the airport, but only if they plan to use a taxi.

The room was pristine clean and with all the amenities you’d like to have! Super comfortable beds, wonderful shower, and a great location. The staff, in particular Timur, was extremely kind and helpful. Despite we arrived late in the evening he has been very efficient in recommending us a restaurant nearby, organizing a taxi for us very early in the morning and offering us a great lunch box since we could not profit of the breakfast due to our early flight. The hotel is in immaculate condition. Everything is clean, everything works, and the staff are extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and warm (I stayed in winter), with an air conditioner. Everything was clean, and there were no funny smells. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had plenty of hot water and high water pressure. The bathroom floor is heated as well. Breakfast was tasty and the staff worked hard to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. I ended up staying an extra night to relax, and will undoubtedly stay again if I return to Urgench. I've stayed at a number of places throughout Central Asia and have never been so comfortable.
