I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff truly go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic experience. Bean and Tracy at reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam! The rooms may be cosy, but they are very well-equipped with updated TVs and modern amenities. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t hesitate—book it now! You won’t regret it.

The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi. The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to post something i needed posting on the day we left. They kept me updated until it arrived in Austria.
