I've been traveling alone in Asia for a few months and this is the place that I felt most like home. I had stayed at the hotel before my Loop and when I finished I was a little sick. I knew that Loop Central Stay was the ideal place to recover, because I felt really cared for by them the first time, comfortable and welcomed. I extended my stay to almost one week. I could say how wonderful the hotel and the rooms are (because they really are) but I think nothing sums it up better than saying that I leave Ha Giang feeling like I have a little family in Vietnam. Lucifer and his team welcome you and make your stay very pleasant, they are attentive, they solve any doubts you may have. You are wonderful! Thank you very much for taking such good care of me! I hope to come back soon! Cảm ơn!

People were amazing, they helped us during the flooding in Ha Giang and let us stay there for free cause we were stuck. Rooms are big and nice. Most important, hotel in general is very clean. Girls in the reception are very friendly and helpful. We also bought bus ticket to Sapa and they arranged a nice bus for us. They also help and advice for Ha Giang Loop. I definitely recommend staying there. Thanks Celine/Anna for comfortable stay and Boss Tom for the support and advice for the Loop.

this hotel will be the highlight of our trip to vietnam, we stayed here before doing the ha giang loop. huyen was a beautiful host and took care of everything for us, the room was huge with amazing views of the mountains, we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which we loved and the pool was so refreshing. all of the staff are so friendly and happy to help with booking any tours, sorting laundry and transport to ha giang.

Very cute place to stay over before doing the loop. Moreover, the hotel staff is very helpful when planning your trips. The hotel is a bunch of bungalows that are situated around a pond and the swimming pool. There are a few cats, little sausage dogs and two gooses that make your stay very lovely. The rooms are clean and have a good price-value.
