We have been travelling Thailand and Vietnam for 3.5 weeks and have stayed in lovely hotels but this was by far the most exceptional. it’s a beautiful place, decor really nice. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff absolutely exceptional. From Porter to receptionists to bar staff, restaurant staff and manager. We were looked after so well-a genuine warmth in everyone working here. We had the most delicious meal in the restaurant-it is expensive relatively speaking in Vietnam but it was so worth the extra money spent. it was haute cuisine. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. We do hope to come back to Vietnam and we would make a trip to Haiphong just to stay here.

The hotel is vibrant and social, with a youthful energy that immediately makes you feel welcome and inspired. The hotel has everything you could possibly need – a pool, gym, meeting rooms for 30–40 people, self-service laundry, a chill beer spot, and even a mini restaurant with a full made-to-order menu and more. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave.
