The staff is very hospitable and professional. They even gave us an upgraded room without any extra charge when we checked in. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. Also, they have a doorman who always made us feel welcome. He even gave us water on several occasions without us asking for it. The location is great, too. Just a couple hundred meters away from a beautiful beach. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

If you want to stay away from the city noise and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and ships travelling, I highly recommend this hotel. It's quite cosy and comfortable. The hotel is run by a very friendly family. They will help to settle and organise tours for you along beautiful Ha Long. If you are riding a motorbike, they also have a service for motorbike rental.

Firstly all staff were excellent, all were very accommodating, going above and beyond their duties 5 stars. Secondly the Stunning Views from our Bathroom and Bedroom on the 16th floor were spectacular. Thirdly we loved the automatic lifts that were operated using our room key, there was then an announcement to inform us of which lift would be arriving first.

Very clean and the manager mr Tang was very diligent even can’t articulate in English only with the help of google translate. During the night he will even push the 4 bike into the dining area preventing it from stolen which we don’t rent from the hotel.Don’t mention about the break fast was prepare and cook by him ,western ,Italia and vietnam food .spacious dining area sit up to 50 pax with karaoke music singing too. We stayed here for 4 night 5 pax really fantastic with location ,food ,cleanliness and service.with absolute very reasonable price with breakfast included at ha long .(S$19 per night )

The staff is incredibly helpful, they put a lot of effort into getting me back an item I left in the room. The design of the room and the whole hotel is excellent. We were surprised by the fully equipped SPA with a Harvia finnish sauna. It also smelled nice everywhere.

I like to stay in Ha Long Essence Hotell with comfy beds and pillows. Sleep very well there for one night. With the price I paid I would say the hotel provide high standard of hygiene and nice deco. I don mind booking the hotel again when i am back on Ha Long.

Mr Power was a very good tour leader, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. All the staff are friendly, the food and drinks was very good and the cooking class was very funny and entertaining. Cave visit with the boat was fantastic.

Very tranquil ,beautiful.views , enjoyed the swim and canoeing which were part of the trip, food was good . Be prepared for all the rub bish floating which was a shame and the hawkers in the little boats trying to sell.you stuff, we had a cabin with a balcony which was nice but as we were right next to the water they could harass you . The drinks on the boat were really expensive . If you want to have a glass of wine etc in your room just bring your own there is a fridge

We planned to stay in Halong for 1 day, on our way to Cat Ba island and planned to stay another day on our way back to Hanoi. Due to rough seas after typhoon Kajiki, we stayed 2 days in Halong. The town is very quiet, many businesses and hotels are closed and it shows what happens to a once busy and thriving place, when the tourists no longer come in their previous numbers. Unfortunately, we will stay the extra day now in Hanoi on our way back.

Our overnight stay in Paradise Suites was very pleasant and was just what we required for our cruise the next morning. The hotel was great and the staff very good. Would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Facilities on board were excellent and our room was great. Cruise manager Phuc and her staff were absolutely fantastic. The chef and his staff produced the most beautiful food. The presentation of all of the dishes was absolutely spectacular. It was a cruise to be remembered and recommended very highly to friends and family. Thank you Phuc and your lovely staff. No words can express my happiness the owner and his wife are amazing people they were so gentle and super helpful, me and my friend had many requests ( renting a motorbike, last minute cruise, great restaurants, some cash " our bank accounts were blocked for 24 hours the owner gave us some cash" .. ) the room was very clean and perfect location near to all beautiful spots the breakfast was delicious also, over all i was more than satisfied and definitely i will book the same hotel when I visit Ha long Bay again

Across all factors that make a hotel stay enjoyable, Paradise Suites excelled in all areas. A faultless hotel. Incredible staff with the warmest welcome. Was amazing value and well located near to the harbours for Ha long bay ferry and tours. Genuinely blown away by quality and variety of the dinner included in the stay. Was my second visit here and was even better than I remembered the first time. The private beach and pool that the staff kindly take you to is a lovely spot.

Fabulous experience from pick up from hotel to cruise - very professional. Cabin on board exceeded our expectations, this is the cruise to choose if you visit Ha Long Bay. The staff were excellent and even Provided an alternative starter when I expressed my dislike of squid. I did not want it to end - you must enjoy the luxurious bathroom and take a bath whilst watching the beauty of Ha Long Bay through the large picture windows.

I had a wonderful vacation here. Following the receptionist's recommendation, I visited the nearby Marina Beach – a beautiful beach with many local seafood restaurants at affordable prices. The next day, we conveniently traveled to Ha Long Bay. We booked our boat tickets through the hotel reception, and they provided excellent service.
