The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful. They have upgraded our room to superior sea view free of charge. Very nice rooftop bar with the swimming pool. Surely, will see you again!

Staff service was 1st class. Very Informative , Knowledgeable, when asked about aminities , eg restaurants, sightseeing etc. Ms Minh booked the HLB cruise for us. We had an unfortunate Incident. My friend lost his hp.the reception staff helped to call the cruise, taxi driver who dropped us etc. They were so sincere/caring to locate the hp. Very nice hotel , I liked it so much due to the service.

A hotel in a very good location. It is situated next to a large, very beautiful beach. There is also a night market and street food nearby. It's also close to the Sunworld amusement park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. At the hotel, you can rent a scooter, exchange money, and ask about attractions and great local places to visit. The food is also tasty. I highly recommend it and send my regards.

    We planned to stay in Halong for 1 day, on our way to Cat Ba...

    We planned to stay in Halong for 1 day, on our way to Cat Ba island and planned to stay another day on our way back to Hanoi. Due to rough seas after typhoon Kajiki, we stayed 2 days in Halong. The town is very quiet, many businesses and hotels are closed and it shows what happens to a once busy and thriving place, when the tourists no longer come in their previous numbers. Unfortunately, we will stay the extra day now in Hanoi on our way back.

    Our overnight stay in Paradise Suites was very pleasant and was just what we required for our cruise the next morning. The hotel was great and the staff very good. Would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

    Facilities on board were excellent and our room was great. Cruise manager Phuc and her staff were absolutely fantastic. The chef and his staff produced the most beautiful food. The presentation of all of the dishes was absolutely spectacular. It was a cruise to be remembered and recommended very highly to friends and family. Thank you Phuc and your lovely staff.     It is a big city with a lot to offer.

    It is a big city with a lot to offer. The draw card is the boat trip On the bay but the weather makes a huge impact on level of enjoyment. The day of our trip rained ALL day so the trip to the beach at the end was pointless whereas we would have liked more time kayaking as we were wet anyway. Chops and Hops had great food and drink, unfortunately the smoking at surrounding tables while we were eating was a hard no thank you. We used grabs to easily adventure around the city.

    The mountains are beautiful - but dirty.

    The mountains are beautiful - but dirty. The water was totally polluted and you could not swim in it . Every cruise ship empties their drainage and dirty water into the sea, every day for about a 100 ships. Really disappointing. There is no reason to go for more than one day, just to paddle and see the mountains. The cruise is very expensive and this tour is too inflated , overrated and over priced.

    We very much enjoyed our stay in Ha long bay with Rita Cruise. It was our honeymoon and we stayed in the Royal Suite for 1 night which was a beautiful, very spacious room. We loved the interior of the boat, great food, and kayaking. The whole crew were very friendly and made us feel special for our honeymoon. Alice also reached out to me a few days beforehand to help us book our transfer from Hanoi which I had forgotten about. She was very nice and helpful with everything. Would highly recommend staying with Rita Cruise.

    Nice clean comfortable hotel which has rooms with balconies offering lovely views overlooking Ha Long Bay! The hotel is nicely furnished and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. We chose this hotel as it is very near to where the overnight cruises depart from. Breakfast was included and again you can get some great views from the top floor of the hotel where breakfast is served! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel kept our luggage for us whilst we went on a one night cruise.

    Really great hotel in all ways. Amazing facilities such as two pools, a large gym, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. Furthermore, our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is friendly and we even had the chance of meeting the restaurant manager who offered us a tailored 11 courses menu. Lastly, the breakfast in this hotel is the most extensive and incredible I have ever seen. Next time we’re in Ha Long, we’ll definitely book this hotel again!

    The hotel is way beyond what we were expecting when we arrived, given it has a 3 star rating, as well as the price we paid. Absolutely good value for the money!! Linh was an absolute super star, he booked our cruise round Ha Long Bay as well as transport to the port and back to the hotel. Organisation from start to finish was second to none. Thank you Linh.
