Hotel is very new. Top of class cleanliness. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, was able to sleep very well. Excellent customer service. They kindly kept our luggages after we checked out so we could still have our afternoon tour. They also kindly let us use the shower and other amenities for free even after our tour and just before going to the airport. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. A good leisurely walk going to Hoàn Kiem lake. Very good value for money. Close to luxurious experience for a fraction of the price. Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to stay in Hanoi.

I usually never post any reviews but this one is needed. We got there and they welcomed us with tea and some banana bread. They gave us a map including all the things to do and see at Hanoi, also recommendations (they were so good too). The location of the hotel was great but definitely the standing ovation goes to the staff, THEY WERE AMAZING. Lovy took the time to schedule us a trip to Ha Long bay, breakfast included and the after service messages are such a nice touch, Danny from the front desk helped us all the trip and he was so welcoming I just can not think of any other hotel to stay once we get back. This is a 100/100 rate from every perspective (money vs value, location, service, etc.)

I loved the old quarter with all the cute coffee shops and local restaurants. people are so nice too. the lake is beautiful , the city is rich and vibrant. So convenient to move around with grab I am just not a city person so i was disturbed by the terrible traffic, the pollution, the lack of sidewalks but it still feels very safe to cross the streets.

The country Vietnam because of the socialist system is not an easy country, you will feel it since the arrival at the airport, polítical propaganda everyvere, I was in November and it rain everyday because of a typhoon, it's a cheap country where you can buy réplica clothes, the food is good

Too many tourists and it’s a zoo that will be like Bali. Also I found more expensive than pre COVID. Some hotels that were 50$usd per night are now more 80$usd. The old quarter is too crowded and i didn’t find the locals very welcoming. They might tired of the tourists!

The Old Quarter is fantastic, although make sure you head out to explore the rest too. Head to Hoàn Kiếm Lake after sunrise to see Hanoi residents exercising, join in or go for a run yourself! Getting around on foot is easy, if you want to go a bit further just use Grab to get a taxi car or bike.

I loved the hotel The Lion Boutique Hotel and Spa and the staff there who are amazing. I loved the safety of the neighborhood. I loved the itinerary the hotel arranged, especially the silk worm village. The Craft Village Day tour was fantastic. This tour company is family owned and they pay attention to every detail. I did take pictures but unfortunately they are on my other phones. Trust me you will be so involved you will forget pictures and enjoy the moment. I had to be reminded to take pictures, that's how engaging the experience was for me.

A gem of a hotel in a quiet lane in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. My wife and I stayed here four nights at the end of our month of independent travel in Vietnam. The hotel is located on a small pedestrian lane so it is very quiet and made a nice retreat from the bustle of most Hanoi streets. Our top floor room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were superb and the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Daisy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the old quarter and close to everything. Way better option than a hotel as you are living next to the locals which adds to the experience. The apartment is beautiful and very clean and has all the amenities. Great communication from the host through out our stay. This was by far the best accommodation we have stayed at in Hanoi. Will definitely stay here again
