Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.

An extraordinary, pleasant and modern place to stay. Calm and peaceful. The room was so big, with a balcony and a magnificent view of the city/lake/pool! We were upgraded to a one bedroom appartement with bath and shower. Thank you again for this. The staff are smiling, professional and helpful. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Facilities, pool table, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and full gym. Some good restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had a couple of spa appointments, special mention to Quin, my partner particularly enjoyed time with her.

Really nice room, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying here was 15 mins drive from the airport so perfect for an early flight, just be aware you will hear the planes at night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly; some spoke excellent English, others less so, but we still understood each other easily. The room was modern, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable. Thank you!

Breakfast was great, location is walking distance to Lotte Mall or a 15 minute taxi to the Old Quarter. My advice is book here in luxury, and pay for the cheap taxi rides to the Old Quarter. You will have a much nicer hotel to escape to after your busy days in Hanoi.
