Amazing hostel. The interior is very high end. The beds are really comfy, the locker is great and I like the curtains that each bed had to give you more privacy. It felt like having your own room. The bathroom and toilet was impeccably clean. The shower and all other appliances were one of the best I have seen in Vietnam. The highlight was the toilet seat heating :D

Hochiminh is a big city .

Hochiminh is a big city . It mixed between modern quarters and old ones. There are a lot of interesting things that we have to explore. People is very friendly. Food is very exotic and cheap. Taxi is not expensive and very popular. Hochiminh city is a destination you get to travel in 2025 or in 2026.

I love Saigon.

I love Saigon. This was my 8th visit & I fall in love with it a little bit more every time I come back. But what's not to like? The people are so friendly & courteous, the food is delicious & the price of things is unbelievably low. I could live here if I didn't love my home so much. I like to try all the foods, Street food, food in the markets etc & have never had an upset tummy. Oh, and you have to try the egg coffee at least once - it's quite an experience. Getting around is super easy & inexpensive...just download the Grab app & get a Grab taxi - quick & cheap. I did a scooter tour and was taken to a few different restaurants to try the food, & we had a walk through the flower market. Beautiful & well worth the money.

The city is clean enough but too metropolitan.

The city is clean enough but too metropolitan. It doesn't compare to the greenery you find in Hanoi. The War Remnants Museum is excellent and a must visit. If you want to visit the Opera House, get tickets well in advance. The Michelin Star places have a reservation system, but I felt you could get a seat if you went directly anyway. Keep your souvenir shopping for Hoi An and Hanoi, I promise you might think things are expensive there because it is a heavily touristy area, but the choices are very limited and even more expensive in HCM if you are on a budget, and the "market" does not have things as nice. Chay Garden (we went to the one in Vo Van Tan) is an excellent place to visit for food.

We absolutely loved the energy of Ho Chi Minh City. Watch out for the street vendors, they're swift - they will even take your flip-flops off of your feet while trying to fend off another trying to sell you sunnies. But everyone was good spirited so just stay alert, have fun and HYDRATE! I can't stress to hydrate enough... Can't wait to go back one day soon!

I was originally in the garden room on the 3rd floor, too many stairs for me. I asked Ms Minh if I could change to a room, perhaps on the first floor, Ms Minh immediately made the change with no problems. On the 3rd evening, I was on my way to my room, Ms Minh invited me to have a meal with her, family, and other guests at the hotel (felt so privileged). Also sent links to the best street eats and restaurants I Ho Chi Min City...! In District 1, not far from everything...! Great location.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but what is most impressive is how wonderful and helpful the staff are.
