Great location and lovely people. Loved the pool and enjoyed the cocktails, just wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect. The price is very good for an upgrade to Suite. We were two times at the hotel. The location is perfect and very central with a big shopping mall. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was able to use indoor and outdoor.

The hosts went out of their way to offer help. Communication wasn't easy because I cannot really speak much Vietnamese. Just a few words and expressions will not get you around as very few people in Hà Tinh can speak English. So, one becomes dependent of Google Translate :-) People in this town tend to very friendly without any ultimate purpose to gain in some way. They will help you to find your way in town whenever they can.
