The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly with us and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out of our room. Their rooftop bar/restaurant was really nice and a great option if you want to have a few drinks and maybe some food after a long day of sightseeing. The location was good - you can walk to the close by attractions or the old quarter although I wouldn’t recommended to do it every day since there might be sidewalks you can’t use because of shops etc but instead getting a grab taxi which is super cheap and faster.

I absolutely adored my experience at De Syloia. The hotel's location, room quality, and services all exceeded my expectations. Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.

We had a wonderful stay and arrival in this hotel. We used the organized taxi pick up at the airport from the hotel and it was perfect. Even with 1h delay in arrival our driver waited patiently. The service was also a very high standard as well as the included breakfast. I will definetly come back!

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly with us and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out of our room. Their rooftop bar/restaurant was really nice and a great option if you want to have a few drinks and maybe some food after a long day of sightseeing. The location was good - you can walk to the close by attractions or the old quarter although I wouldn’t recommended to do it every day since there might be sidewalks you can’t use because of shops etc but instead getting a grab taxi which is super cheap and faster.
