I forget my phone on a bus tour and the front desk staff who were working on 13 April 2025 at 8 pm helped me track down the tour company operator and retrieve my cellphone. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, Alice in particular was outstanding and helped us throughout our stay. The hotel has a massive advantage: it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood away from the ever bustling city center, but still not too far from it. The neighborhood is obviously being developed, in a few years this will certainly be part of the center itself. Great breakfast with fresh pho, great staff all around including housekeepers, porters and chefs. This hotel will go the extra mile to help you: we couldn’t pick up the SIM cards we had booked at the airport during office hours , the hotel sent someone to pick them up for us free of charge ! Rooms are very spacious, you can really spread out, and you don’t hear noises from other rooms at least on higher floors (other hotels in Hanoi can be noisy) Don’t hesitate to book this place, this is my third time in Vietnam and have tried many hotels in the center of Hanoi. This is a good one.

My stay at this hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable rooms with great internet access and excellent facilities. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Bruce, who went above and beyond to help me. He took so much time to explain what to see in the city and even arranged a safe and affordable ride back to the airport. Honestly, the help and kindness from the staff was not something you see every day! While the hotel is a bit further from the main Old Quarter, the location is actually great if you’re planning to do some shopping, as many shops are just south of the hotel. It’s a peaceful spot with easy access to everything. There’s also a lovely bakery right next door where you can grab breakfast if it’s not included. I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.

The staff: Chloe, Kate, and Bod were very attentive; they made us feel special. Very smooth check-in, check out, breakfast The spa bar was also five stars.
