The hotel is modern and very well equipped to a luxury standard. Better than that, though, was the helpfulness of Minh. He was on reception when we arrived and explained we needed a bouquet of flowers for my son’s wife’s parents. Not only did he take us to a florist, he also carried the arrangement back to the hotel and looked after it until we needed to take it.
