What a beautiful hotel! This hotel is so nice, it even has a bookstore and coffee shop. The staff was amazing, and breakfast was included in the price. We had banana pancakes every morning with our coffee! Free bicycles to ride around the area. Staff was very helpful with booking our excursions.

a bit out of the main town which was so peaceful and beautiful views of mountains and paddy fields surrounding. free bikes provided for us to cycle into town easily along the river. The bed was SO COMFTY. Nothing was too much trouble to ask and we had a delicious bbq chicken for dinner one night :)

It was such a lovely stay! The location right on the river was perfect with gorgeous views with breakfast. We had the Double room with mountain view and waking up to the lazy river and lush mountains really felt like holiday. But for us, the standout was the service! From arranging transportation to booking tours to helping me with an injury!!! Shun and her husband were all smiles and made us feel at home !! Thank you 🙏 we will come to you guys every time we stay in Beautiful Phong Nha!!!

The location was good. It’s a family run hotel. The owners were very helpful. They help you to book tours n buses. I will recommend this place and give 100/100. They allow u to keep the bags after check out time. If I come again to Phong nha I will definitely come back to this hotel. God bless the family.

    Very nice room, local bathroom system unusual for westerners. Breakfast ok ( except coffee wich in most places Phong nha is not good) very good help from Linh Over all I give a 8-9 grade to my experience at this hotel

    A long boat ride into the cave followed by a quieter paddling inside. The caves is huge largest I've ever been and very impressive with the structures. After boat ride, we walked a short while allowing to view them up close.

    We have been to Phong Nha many times, 8 times already. We go Phong Nha for a quiet and peaceful time and at the same time you have the opportunity of adventures like visit the biggest cave in the world (booked in advanced)

    We did the Phuong Nha Kayak tour and this was awesome.

    We did the Phuong Nha Kayak tour and this was awesome. We went way past where the boats go and went into two different caves. One cave we went in over 1 kilometre. We had the option of a mud bath and swimming. A much better experience than just hoping in a boat and going into the cave and out again. We went to paradise cave. This is a must do. We only did the 1 km boardwalk. We road there on a bike. No need for a tour. Next time I would do the 7km hike into the cave but this is a tour.

    The National park and the caves are absolutely stunning and...

    The National park and the caves are absolutely stunning and it’s a bit off the beaten track, so luckily not overrun by tourists. It was the highlight of our trip. The environment is quiet, green and rural and we enjoyed our stay very much. It is so nice to just get a bicycle and enjoy the environment!
