There's not enough space to describe this phenomenal place. Top-notch service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a unique à la carte restaurant, free city tours, and a beautiful fireworks display outside the window every day. You can feel the atmosphere of Japan and Japanese perfection at every turn.

Our stay at Soul Boutique Hotel was fantastic. This hotel is in the new Phu Quoc Waterfront Marina Complex. The staff were friendly and eager to assist at all times. The room was clean, very comfortable and just as depicted in the pictures with beach towels, beach bag, thongs and an umbrella provided in each room to use during the stay. Complimentary jar of biscuits in the room and vouchers for ice cream on arrival as there is a small ice cream parlour next to reception. There’s also a play zone with futsal and table tennis. Breakfast is provided at the nearby Sailing Club Beach Bar (2 minute walk) and was fantastic. Al a carte choice of Vietnamese and Western food. You could choose up to 2 dishes and 3 drinks each for breakfast. The beach in front of the Sailing Club was very clean with sun beds, a bar, and there was inflatable play equipment in the water and jet skis to rent. For a pool you can swim at the Sailing Club Beach Club, catch the free shuttle to the Sailing Club Signature Resort or swim in the 3 pools which are part of the Marina Complex. At the Marina Complex there are a few restaurants to eat at and a small night market. We used the free bikes from the hotel to ride to the larger Sonasea night market about 2km away. Otherwise short Grab ride to centre of town. There’s a fire show each night at 8pm in front of the Sailing Beach Club. Highly recommend staying here if want to be in a quieter place with great beach.

Firstly the owner is absolutely lovely, just a Whatsapp message away, he arranged buggy to supermarket/ATM when we needed, answered all of our questions promptly, and even said he would help us with our onward journey: when we expressed we had an issue with a previous hotel he offered to help if we needed, to translate etc, and further said he would recommend us as guests should we have any other issues in the future. Absolutely fantastic guy! They had the cutest friendly dog in the hotel, Goku! The hotel itself is great, free bicycles, and motorcycles to rent instantly. Laundry service was fantastic. The room was gorgeous, clean, the shower was the best we’ve had since in our nearly 6 weeks travelling. Bed was comfy, TV was large, aircon was fantastic and the room got very cool very quickly. The hotel is located in a “resort complex” so everything is within walking distance, the beach & calm sea, places to eat/shop, and an amazing night market.

Everything! - Perfect location to explore Sunset town. - Very comfortable and beautiful room. - Stephany was very helpful from the beginning. Few tips how to enjoy your stay at Sunset town: Withdraw some cash as soon as you arrive (ATM is available in Hon Thom Departure Terminal), there is not much choice around where to eat for a reasonable price (it’s like 200-300 VND min for a meal for 1 person without drinks). So better have some cash and enjoy everyday food market in the north part of the town that starts at 18:00 (5 min by walk from the Mellon Oasis). Don’t go to Starbucks for coffee, go to Lotus Cafe & Home, try Sea salt cream latte! One of the best coffee I’ve ever had!

We got an upgrade to a seaview room and would highly recommend getting a room with seaview. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and see the daily Kiss of the Ocean show and the fireworks! The hotel and the rooms are brand new and everything is really clean and modern. The food is also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. And we even got a free ticket for the cable car and aqua park. For us it was the perfect stay and we can highly recommend Casepia

The host is the best! He and his family help you with everything, he has his Google translator ready but can speak also French and Russian when needed. The location is great to see the city and the rest of the island but still a bit outside of the busy night market area in a small fishing village. With a scooter rentable for 150k Dong, it is ideal to set out and explore. Rooms are big enough, clean and have good aircon and showers. All necessary amenities are provided! Highly recommend!
