I loved the staff as they greeted us every time. They were so nice! They opened the doors for you when the grab arrived. At breakfast there were lots of lovely food and drinks. I enjoyed the gym. It was very clean. The beach near the hotel was also very lovely to walk around. It was truly a fantastic experience. Will come again. Thank you!

The customer service was exceptional. Shout out to Tina for her great English, helped us loads when we were around and also to Happy, for his Chinese and English skills as well as how he saw that it was one of our birthdays and got us a birthday cake to celebrate! Super sweet and really appreciated the thought as we couldn’t find a birthday cake. When it rained, the bell boys were always ready with their umbrellas.
