This Hotel is situated away from Halong centre. The area is full of new buildings waiting to be used. When this area takes off it won't be so quiet. But for now it is a surreal setting, with all the buildings and no one around. Just a sort drive to Halong centre or a short walk to Sunworld it does have the best location as far as we were concerned. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room exactly as described.

If you want to stay away from the city noise and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and ships travelling, I highly recommend this hotel. It's quite cosy and comfortable. The hotel is run by a very friendly family. They will help to settle and organise tours for you along beautiful Ha Long. If you are riding a motorbike, they also have a service for motorbike rental.

The staff spoke English and helped a lot e.g. with renting a motorbike and booking the cars to Halong and back to Hanoi. They even gave us a room for us to take a shower on the last day before we went back to Hanoi, even though we had already checked out. The rooms are sparkling clean, the breakfasts are buffet.

Huge comfortable bed ! The staff were so friendly and very helpful, especially Huy. Huy organised our limousine back to Hanoi at a discount rate.Bacon and eggs for breakfast was also good. I strongly recommend this hotel, the best by far of all our stays in Hanoi and Saigon. I wanted to give a score of 11/10 !
