The loveliest host we’ve had (and we’ve had some really nice hosts). The homestay is located in a quiet area so it was nice to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the centre. The room was comfortable, we had a balcony, there was an AC and good water pressure in the bathroom. There are also bikes and motorbikes for rent if you need them. We got our laundry done here for a good price. Highly recommend!

The owner and their family are so kind and friendly. This home is appropriately named. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn't eat but saw some of the dishes others were eating and they looked fantastic. The owner helped us set up a fantastic tour, graciously accommodated us when we asked you stay an extra night last minute, and was just extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

A very nice homestay at the entrance to Tam Coc. Room is new, bright white, very very spacious, very clean and includes a/c cooling/ heating system and other facilities. I loved that it was out of the tourist area thus price was much better, and that i could rent a motorbike at a fair price. An, the woman who is in charge, is the nicest woman ever. She was very cordial and caring like a mother, and took care of every special need i had. The whole family is very very nice. I highly recommend this homestay

Kim and his team were friendly and helpful. Kim will help you plan your days according to what you are interested in, and they will sort out any transport you need. The food is great, with plenty of vegan options. We stayed in a Bungalow with mountain view, and it was really cute with a very comfortable bed. The outdoor bathroom was a bit of an adventure when there was a cold snap in the weather, but the staff gave us a heater and extra blanket so we soon warmed up! The location in a beautiful valley was perfect. A wonderful stay in Ninh Binh!

From the moment you arrive a smile becomes part of you and it will stay until you leave. What a wonderful family and Homestay place. This was by miles the best Homestay we had in Vietnam. We were greeted with tea, fresh juice, fruits and home made biscuits. What more can you want? The rooms are beautiful, all the amenities you can expect, very clean and comfortable. There is a pool, you can also get drinks and something to eat. By the way, best breakfast we had in Vietnam. Located very central and in a walking distance to the center. Don't fell like walking? No problem... there are free bikes to lend and motorbike to rent at very affordable prices. The best of all was our hosts. Never have I meet people as nice as they are and always one step ahead. We had a absolute blast and we are sure to book again for the next visit.

Phoc got in touch with me way before we travel to check in advance what we need. In the end, he has helped to arranged for transport from a hotel in Hanoi to Tam Coc and later from Tam Coc back to Hanoi airport at 2am. He surprised us by having to stay in the hotel making sure that our transport arrived on time to take us to the airport. Throughout our stay, he has been very helpful including arranging for transport to go about in Tam Coc and recommending restaurants for meals. In short, he has made our stay in Tam Coc memorable.
