Everything ! Lovely family running a lovely place. They gave us free accomodation when we arrive at 4am in Phong nha. Always helpful, free tea and coffee for breakfast. Nice room, nice pool. Great value for money.

Large and super clean room and bathroom. Well located, close to centertown but not right in the middle of it. You can eat just by the river with a magnificient view. Restaurant serves good food for a reasonnable price. Very friendly and helpful family. The pool is great! Recommended 100%

Staying at Coco Riverside in Phong Nha was a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The hospitality here is outstanding, the owners speak good English and went above and beyond to help us arrange tickets for travel to and from other cities, offering us several options. Additionally, the hotel offers excursions to the famous caves, very convenient to explore the area. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Although we had some bad luck with the weather and couldn’t do all the activities we’d planned, we highly recommend Coco Riverside. We’re already considering a return trip to Phong Nha, and there’s no doubt we’ll stay here again!

Very welcoming place! The owner has very good english and offered us any help if needed. The bed was great and we really appreciated the balcony. Also a dinner and breakfast we had in the homestay was great :) we didn't have chance to try the pool because of bad weather, but it looked good. We are glad we found this place.

Staff were so friendly and kind. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river where you can eat delicious breakfast (available are pancakes, fruit salad, omelettes etc). Big room & bathroom. Bicycles for free and rented motorbikes and bus tickets at a cheap price. Would definitely recommend!

The location was good. It’s a family run hotel. The owners were very helpful. They help you to book tours n buses. I will recommend this place and give 100/100. They allow u to keep the bags after check out time. If I come again to Phong nha I will definitely come back to this hotel. God bless the family.
