Despite my early morning arrival, they accommodated me with a seamless check-in process, which was incredibly helpful after a long flight. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of work. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing key business areas and local attractions during my downtime. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for dining options, they were always willing to assist with a smile. An exceptional hotel. Simple furnishings, you feel like you are at home. Very nice staff, who read your every wish from your lips. Good and sufficient breakfast. If we ever fly to Samoa again, this hotel will be my first choice.

The customer service was amazing esp the staff who welcomed us when we arrived and checked out. I love how it is close to everything so we dont have to travel far. Thank you Tauese Seaview Hotel for looking after me & my mum during our stay we will definitely be back.
