yes quite a unique place, the "shoe" more Boot really is a great piece of work, the chalets where behind the shoe, away from what is a busy road out front, the owner/creator was of interest, we chatted well together, 2 artists he in his contructions and me in my travels. good to have the shop out front for food and milk. All the staff were good.

The location is the most picturesque. The host, Darleen, has cooked a fabulous breakfast, and when we had a minor medical emergency, she came to our resque at night. The room/bathroom was very spacious and comfortable.

The location is amazing; stayed two nights in a tent provided by the guests and everything was just amazing. Done all hikes of the resort in one day and some views are simply stunning, highly recommended. At the restaurant you can have meals as buffets for very good prices. Watch out for monkeys, they will be there!
