From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views stretching across the valley, even catching glimpses of the distant St. Helena Bay. One of our favourite experiences was dining outdoors, soaking in the serene atmosphere, while watching the birds flit about. The birdlife here is abundant, making it a dream for nature lovers. This is a true boutique hotel. Small, each room exquisitely decorated in different colours, the general areas are equally beautiful! The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. Olive Grove is a basic, rustic cottage, just big enough for a couple. It was charmingly decorated, spotlessly clean, had a comfortable bed, and everything we needed. The host was amazing. He readily accommodated our late arrival and was warm and hospitable. The next day, he gave us an interesting tour of the grounds and gardens. Note: He had 4 boisterous welcoming dogs, which we loved ... but might not be for everyone.
