We stayed here on the way out of the Kruger so we could enjoy the last day in the park entirely. They also have offers for Kruger safaris starting from here but i’d recommend staying inside the park. The place was very close to the park and easy to find. Staff was helpful and welcoming. We had dinner here, simple but appreciated. We stayed in a low season period of time, and we didn’t experience any problem with power outages. Recommended for a night on the road on the way out or into the park.

Everything is fantastic!! The setting, view, location, food, service, rooms are all amazing. Exceeded our expectations. Safari drives were brilliant - Jimmy was a great guide and KG and the team really looked after us at the lodge.

Our stay was great! Great hotel near Kruger Gate, the monkeys jumping around in the trees, rooms totally clean, very tasty buffet, great ambience and very friendly staff. Especially we would like to thank the two managers, Sarah and Garry, who helped us with the car breakdown. We would also like to thank the gate keeper, Phanuel, who alerted us to the flat tire and changed it for us without hesitation. Thank you very much. The luxury tents are perfect. The best part of the experience though was our guide, Charné Her knowledge, respect and enthusiasm for the animals is beyond compare. And our night tracker, Captivity, was also very skilled. He even spotted a chameleon in a bush in the dark !

Our guide Tyrone and trackers Mashaba/Forward were amazing. We assume we were very fortunate since we saw the big 5 within 6 hours. We also - thanks to the guide and tracker - had amazing leopard sightings. We had an amazing time and definitely would love to come back. Recommended!! Thank you so much Tyrone, Mashaba, Forward and all of the other staff for giving us such a great time.

Everything was simply excellent - the staff, the food (including the Boma events), the suite with the amazing terrace and view, the game drives and the animals we saw (including seeing 4 leopards 5 times and the wild dogs twice which tends to be rare on other safaris in other locations). We would definitely recommend Leopard Hills further.
