The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, especially Floyd and Queen. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated with gorgeous views of Pretoria. Such beautiful grounds and their restaurant had a great menu. Everything we tried was delicious.

We loved everything about Irene Country Lodge. The location is perfect for exploring the area without being in the city. It’s so tranquil here. Staff are always friendly, welcoming, helpful. The Restaurant on site is convenient and the food is always great.

Rooms well appointed. Attention to detail and ties in with name and theme. Comfortable. Good location near centre of Pretoria with easy access the main highways in a quite suburb. Inviting swimming to cool off on hot summer days. The facility is well maintained and clean. Good off street parking is available which is also under.

    A bit remote ..so good if you want to be away from the...

    A bit remote ..so good if you want to be away from the centres. Shopping mall's of reasonable sizes are within 2 to 10 kms. We used Uber which was effective to move around. Spur at Grey Owl served delicious lamb chops.

    Irene is a lovely place with lots of trees and fields around - there is plenty to do from walking riding and running - mtb parks nearby. Local shops and restaurants not far from b N B - plenty to choose from
