We loved absolutely everything about Ascot Manor! The entire house was just for us, which made the experience even more special. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom—either with a shower or a bathtub. The house itself is amazing: a huge sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic bar area perfect for socializing. There is also a grill area that made for a cozy evening. There’s a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, giving the whole place a tropical, peaceful vibe—like a little paradise! The housekeeper stays in the cottage next door and is extremely kind, helpful and ever happy person. Highly recommended for bigger family or groups looking for comfort, space, and a touch of luxury.

Heather and Charles were just great. We were kept up to date with loadshedding schedule for the 3days we spent at Whispering Waves. Heather also sent the exact directions we needed to get to our destination, using Whattsapp messages. We enjoyed our short time at Whispering Waves very much and would recommend anyone to visit them.

The area is attractive and the locals are enthusiastic and...

The area is attractive and the locals are enthusiastic and helpful . Gorgeous beaches , luxuriant plants , trees and flowers . Wonderful weather . Decent restaurants . The roads are a shocking mess , complete nightmare . For self catering the availability of grocery supplies is poor . There's one poorly stocked grocery store which looks like something out of the seventies . I would strongly advise online grocery orders . The closest mall is in Scottburgh which is about 12 minutes drive away so don't forget anything !! The amenities and shocking roads detract from what could be a piece of Paradise
