Our room was very comfortable, spacious, bright, and clean. There was everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. Even when we went on an early safari and didn't have time for breakfast, they prepared breakfast for us in advance and packed it with us, which we didn't expect, but it was very nice of them. We also liked the location as it is just outside the city and it was easy to get to Nambiti Game Reserve which is only a 30-minute drive to the main gate.

Not only was the bed comfortable, staff and management were fantastic. Beautiful breakfasts and the recommendation to a local place for tea the manager rang the restaurant who looked after us when we arrived. Very clean, easy to get to.

I understand that Ladysmith is an old town ,but ,I was very disturbed when I saw shacks right in town ,there are other areas in CBD, that were dirty ,in Small towns like Ladysmith ,we are expecting orderly and clean places especially in CBD. Municipality must enforce the by laws. We like to visit small towns .

So many restaurants that have nice food,the amazing natural views around Ladysmith,malls are around you dnt have to travel long distance if you need something,there's a museum that has lot of information about Ladysmith.

The town is very easily layed out and full of history.

The town is very easily layed out and full of history. Guided and unguided tours are available to visit the war that took place in the area. The richness in history and facts are felt throughout town. Not many restaurants available. Ensure that you do visit the area and plan enough time to visit at least two war sites.

It was the worst stay I have ever had .two towels in bathroom .I had to use one as a bath mat . Dirty carpets .noisy neighbour's. No security on windows. I hardly slept and will never return . Did not even dare to try the breakfast . Very noisy .I needed a good nights rest before a busy work day - drove 3 hours and was totally dissatisfied...you need to change your rating of the hotel and the cost .not worth what I paid 😌 I am actually feeling like I need a refund or I won't trust booking.com

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Peaches & Cream. Not only were we welcomed with open arms despite our late arrival, we received the friendliest service from Ilona. Breakfast was wonderful and hot out of the kitchen the next morning and staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend for an overnight stay in Ladysmith!

The property is very clean and the staff were very friendly. Instructions were clearly marked on the property about does and don’t. If I have another commitment in Ladysmith I know Convent Hill Lodge is a place to go to.
