Everything. I was feeling restless because I was arriving at Cape Town alone and very late but Hotel Verde made the experience absolutely perfect and relaxing. The communication, the shuttle service, the room and wc quality and cleanliness, the staff, the promptness to answer my requests, the breakfast.. Everything was great!
