The location is amazing and the food from the kitchen is great. There was no dinner kitchen when I stayed so they gave me meat to cook myself in the room and it was a fantastic experience!

A magical setting amongst some of the prettiest countryside we have seen .. Charming accommodation. Delicious dinner and a sumptuous country breakfast .. totally loved our stay only wish it were for longer.. and just to add the staff so lovely and incredibly helpful .. After leaving my IPad behind the management went to great lengths to ensure it was forwarded on to me .. most grateful for the assistance 🙏🌸

Liked EVERYTHING! Lieschen and Juan were wonderful hosts and made us feel totally welcome. Having arrived, we didn’t want to drive again so pre-booked with them a delicious lasagne and salad and also took them up on their offer of breakfast… equally good. The family suite was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchenette and lighting was provided in case of power shedding. Very pretty garden and lovely mountain view with the most spectacular sunset I have seen in a long time. Friendly staff and nice dogs.

Cozy and nicely decorated cottage with wonderful garden and great swimming pool. Looks even nicer in reality than on the pictures. Very quiet and peaceful place. In the evenings you can enjoy the stars from your terrace or from the garden, fleece blankets provided to keep you warm. Kitchen was well equipped so we cooked our own meals.

Amazing time at the Lodge. Not only was the food (even catered for vegan) fantastic, but the ability to hike and mountain bike around this huge reserve gave us real freedom to experience the land and wildlife. Thank you Willem for your hospitality.

This place is absolutely stunning!! It defenitely exceeded our expectations! Yes it’s a 15min drive on a gravel road but hey guess what!? You’re in south Africa! You don’t even need a 4x4, it’s so much worth the short drive when you see this hidden gem in real life. Pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was well maintained and clean, the hosts were very friendly and they offered us to join the braai since we didn’t think about bringing our own food. Would defenitely recommend this place to everyone seeking a beautiful and hidden spot!

Everything was excellent. We pre ordered the braai packs for 10 people, salads bread etc. Incredible value!! We a group of oldies cycling 10 days in the Karoo and comfort, ease of knowing everything was done for us, made masterclass the best venue for us. Highly recommend them. Wish we had longer to stay to enjoy all facilities. Thank you to our incredible hosts !!
