lovely large rooms, friendly helpful staff, excellent food, mini bar plus wine and nibbles in the room, picnic by the beach with transfers to and from, great views, great for a two night stay at the end of our holiday. Desmond the head ranger was very knowledgeable and served an excellent G&T midway through our game drive

The location of the hotel was convenient as it is right at the town center. The rooms were very clean and the moment you stepped into the room you were welcomed by a pleasant eucalyptus scent. The breakfast was delicious and we always looked forward to it. The service people were also warm and friendly and quickly responded to any queries.A great stay overall that I would gladly redo when I’m back in Port Alfred.

Rob’s a legend! Took really good care of me during my stay and attended to all my needs. The sumptuous breakfast every morning was superbly prepared and brought to the table on time. Everything. Immaculate. Perfect location, host was super, upgraded our room. Just a perfect stay. Exceeded our expectations, rooms were spotless, all amenities, the view was impeccable. Everything was just perfect. The bed big and comfortable, the room had a heater, the bathroom was very big and the breakfast delicious. I really liked that the water knobs in the shower were right on the side of the door. Means you could turn on the water without being sprayed with cold water!
