We stayed in paperback lodge & the rooms were very comfortable & clean, especially liked the deep bath which was a treat. The team at the restaurant were amazing & the food delicious, serving big portions. The game drive was good & we got to see all that the reserve had to offer.

The view, the gardens, the pool. We stayed here while attending a wedding in the area. It was so relaxing and peaceful. There are nice places to sit in the garden and watch the view. Really comfy bed. John is very helpful and accommodating.

The host was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. The venue was just amazing - a home away from home. An old house that is beautifully maintained and felt so home like and cosy it was sad to leave. The candles and tea and coffee station was so welcoming ...we just loved the place. The beautiful mats throughout the house just added that extra touch.

Very pleasantly surprised! We've uncovered a real gem. Breakfast was great, view of gardens lovely and the setting is special. Also nice to meet the owner (Amanda).

Booked for my dad as he was attending a funeral nearby. He was very happy with this place. Felt like home. Staff are amazing and really accommodating. He was due to check out at 7am. Staff offered to come in early so they would accommodate his request of early check out. Would definitely book this lodge in the near future.
