Fantastic, very spacious and modernly furnished, there is everything a tourist might need. Right next to the entrance there’s a bakery (delicious fresh bread), and a bus stop, from where you can easily get to the nearest metro station, or another district of Athens. Although the apartment is located on one of the main streets, it does not interfere with a comfortable stay at all. The bedroom is located in the back, away from the hustle and bustle, which allows for a good night's sleep. Comfortable king size bed, solid mattress. A small terrace on the side of the bedroom allows to even bask in the sun while maintaining privacy. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is very pleasant. It is clear that it was recently renovated with very modern facilities. In my perspective, for the feeling of staying there, it is even more important that this was done with good aesthetic taste. The appartment has everything you might need - from washing machine (and all the cleaning materials needed) to a yoga matress. The kitchen is big - a room in itself including a convenient place to sit (I spent much of my time with the laptop there). The kitchen is very well equipeed (the fridge is huge, the electric stove strong and there are more electornic facilities i did not need). There are plenty of plates, cups etc, varied in type and design - and like the interior design they were chosen with good taste. Besides the bedroom there is an entrance-hall, very nice bathroom, a service-balcony and a very pleasant balcony overlooking the street (could sit there forever). Air-conditioning is effective. Wifi is strong and reliable.

One of the best experiences we have had via Booking. The host was like if we were related -- he took care of us all the ways possible. He was extremely friendly and flexible and we felt that all of our needs were fulfilled - even the needs we didn't know were there. The apartment is in a very beautiful and very safe area of Athens. Flat is spacy, clean and very comfortable to live. You will find everything what you need in it. Even if neighbourhood is "authentic" :), in reality is not so bad as google says. We stayed for a week and didnt have any slightest problems walking in those streets (even in late evenings). So I advice you not to be scared about the neighbourhood :). There is a very good thing about it - its very central and many touristic places reachable by foot. House itsels and apartment is wonderfull. We were 4 adults (couple and 2 singles), and it was enough private space for everyone. Host is very helpful and flexilbe, I highly recomend this place.

I visited Athens for a short business trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The apartment was not only brand new, stylish, and beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable and functional. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. Most importantly, it was right across from the sea. One of my favorite features was the spacious and luxurious bathroom, and the lounge area was the perfect spot to relax. But the true highlight for me was the balcony with its stunning sea view. Spending time there after work was incredibly refreshing and calming. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. Everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire stay completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Athens for business.
