It wasn’t smelly! Many rooms/apartments in Philippines are smelly, you could smell it in the corridors but not in the apartment. Very clean and nice!

The apartment is clean, comfortable with a TV (with Netflix), balcony, a small fully equipped kitchen and water. The wifi was strong. The pool and gym are free of charge and a really nice benefit.
