Since I was not staying for the host arranges to pick me up and even equipped me with a free pocket wife for my stay, what was very helpful. Its a nice apartment building! Very local. The apartment is small but well equipped. I enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the close yellow line train. Host was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.

It is not an hotel, it is a room with own bathroom you rent. During the day it is real quiet, but across the room is the bar/restaurant Maldives with every night live music. If you visit Bangkok and you are a night person, then you will not have any problem with it. But if you are a day person and looking for a quiet place for the evening and night, then you will hear the music. Personal I had no problems with it. it is a good option if you stay for a longer time in Bangkok and you clean your apartment by yourself and your own laundry, you can do downstairs. That is not included. The MRT is a 25 minutes walk, but if you use a motor taxi, then for 30 baht you are within 5 minutes at the station.

I stayed in this apartment on two separate occasions in the last couple of weeks, and really enjoyed each stay. It's well located on Ramkamhaeng Road, about a 10 minute walk from the Yaek Lam Sali monorail station. It's also very easy to locate, being a 26-storey apartment building, right on the main road, with good signage (a quick Google Maps visit will provide everything you need to know). There is a large mall a few minutes walk across the road and a good 7-11 for microwave meals etc about 200 metres away. Public transport to the apartment from BKK airport is via Ramkamhaeng/Hua Mak (ARL + bus/monorail) and should take about an hour. Otherwise, a cab/Grab should take about 20 minutes. As for the apartment itself, it's on the 9th floor, and is comfortable, quite compact, quiet and clean, albeit with a very compact kitchen, which, however, does have adequate appliances, cutlery and crockery for two people. The location of the microwave is a little strange, being close to the floor, but nevertheless it works well. The double bed is comfortable, and the two air conditioners effortlessly provide more than adequate cooling. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower. There is strong WiFi and a modern smart TV, although I could not find any of the news channels I like to watch, such as BBC, France 24, Aljazeera, DW, RT, etc. Perhaps it was just me being unfamiliar with set up. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very responsive to all my requests via WhatsApp. The host provided excellent detail (photos, etc) of how to access the apartment, so absolutely no problems in this regard. It couldn't have been easier. I'd certainly look at staying here again the next time I'm in Bangkok.
