The location of the property was perfect near to everything at the centre of pattaya, and the ocean view from the balcony was wonderful, the 7 eleven is at the front open all day to buy daily needs. The owner and the staff were helpful and smiling always. I will stay again and recommend to my friends.

I absolutely loved it. The place is super cozy, beautifully set up, and had everything I needed. It felt like a real home away from home. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and everything around. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely pool and a little gym with amazing views – I spent a lot of time up there enjoying it. Just a small note: the bed is a bit on the firm side. If you prefer a soft mattress, keep that in mind. Personally, I like a firm bed, so for me it was perfect and really good for my back. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.
