Nice people around the neighbourhood always greeting and chatting in Italian and giving the italian vibe and hospitality.Beautiful nature around, my two yr old daughter had so much fun watching squirrels from the window or in front of the building. Matteo was really helpful, i forgot keys inside the apartment few times and he always managed remotely to open the main door for us even on inappropriate time!

This is the best apartment we've stayed in! The room was clean and spacious, and my daughters felt very comfortable during our stay. A big bonus was the washing machine - it really saved us since we had a lot of laundry from the previous place, which didn't have one. This apartment truly felt like home. The location is also excellent - very close to the station, so getting around was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially families! A special thanks to Diego and Cinzia, who were incredibly kind and let us stay two extra hours for free because our flight was in the evening. Thank you so much for your kindness and help!

The beach can be reached just 2-3min by foot. Particularly nice was the tidiness of the apartment and the garage parking. It was easy to feel homely and secure that way. All the amenities worked fantastically and without problems.
