The unit was spacious and well-kept, with shops and restaurants right downstairs, and just a short walk to local cafés and street food; it felt safe even coming back late at night, which made the stay very convenient.

Bogdan was an excellent host, he answered any questions I had promptly, he even helped with paying for my laundry when I couldn’t pay through the app (reimbursed) and stored our luggage for us on the day we checked out. He also went above and beyond to meet us with our luggage when we were stuck in traffic racing to the bus station - this saved us and we were so appreciative! The condo itself was perfect for what I needed - compact and budget friendly and I had my own space. Clean, modern and comfortable. The building is really nice with its own laundry room and 7 eleven. A little further out from the city centre but wasn’t a problem. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better host! Huge amount of noodles, rice, bread, eggs, coffee/tea, fruit and other snacks provided in the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen too - air fryer, sandwich press, microwave egg poachers!! And much more. Very clean and the host will come to clean/change towels during your stay. 7/11 less than 5 minutes walk and there’s a great coffee shop just around the corner (amarin coffee). Good location if you want to escape the chaos of central Bangkok and experience a more local side.

We rented the apartment over the Christmas and New Year. It was very clean and tidy with modern furnishings and had a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchen gadgets. The apartment is located at the quieter end of Hua Hin beach yet still easy to get to the main part of the town by Song Tiaw (local bus service), walkable to the weekend night market (Cicada and Tamarind): It has a superb huge free form swimming pool, good safe parking and the excellent staff and security were always kind and helpful. The owner quickly responded to our questions and requests and the whole experience was very good and we intend to go back next time when we are back in Thailand.
