We made a spontaneous one-night booking, and due to a mix-up with the services, we were upgraded to a larger house with a jacuzzi. Stanislav was very friendly and did everything he could to help. It’s a perfect place to relax with family or friends. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooks the forest, there’s a grill, and a spacious kitchen. A peaceful hideaway in an authentic village setting. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had hit the jackpot. The house is brand new, super clean, and way more spacious than we expected. Everything feels fresh, cozy, and just nice. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail—high-quality appliances, extra blankets, and even a well-stocked kitchen with things like olive oil, coffee, and tea. The location is perfect—really close to the ski slopes and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. And let me just say—skiing in the Czech Republic is seriously underrated! Great slopes, no crazy crowds, and super affordable compared to other places in Europe. But what really makes this place stand out is something you can’t see in the photos: the vibe. It just feels so welcoming and warm, like a place where you instantly feel at home. Whether you're curled up on the couch with a cup of tea, playing games at the big dining table, or just unwinding after a day in the mountains, there's this amazing, cozy atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. And if you’re coming with kids—this place is a dream! There are toys, building blocks, board games… even the little ones will never be bored. The best part? This place is available to rent all year round! Whether it’s a winter ski trip, a summer hiking adventure, or just a peaceful weekend escape, it’s the perfect spot. The stay at this wonderful cottage in the mountains was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived the hosts made us feel extremely welcome. The house is so well equipped we could have stayed for a week without the need to buy anything at all apart from food. The hosts even brought us extra bbq coal, there is an unlimited supply of fire wood and many facilities to cook outside on a bbq, on a fire and in a fully equipped outside kitchen. Even the hot tub was heated up when we got there so we could get straight in. The property was unbelievably clean, the bedding smelt fresh and just washed, as did the towels and dressing gowns. The beds are very big and comfortable, there is a huge tv upstairs which is perfect for the evening, and of course the hot tub and pool outside. We didn’t use the pool due to the time of year but the hot tub like brand new and very very clean. Thank you so much for a perfect weekend.

Bouda Krakonos was very cozy after the reconstruction, we liked that everything was wooden - that gives it a nice close-to-nature style. The staff were just AMAZING. Immediately after we arrived, we were given the key to our room and instructions and everyone was so nice and welcoming - we felt like visiting a family. There were two waiters, both looking after us nicely, the lady-cook who was coming out of the kitchen often (when free of course) chatting with guests and the rest of the staff was also amazing. We had a lot of laugh with everyone. You could tell the entire staff are like family, the atmosphere was just exceptionally warm and friendly (yet respectful). The food was simply delicious. We had the soup “kyselo” and the “potato pancakes” and both were like heaven in mouth. We also had a dog with us and everyone loved her, too.

We were a group of 13 international students and the host was super accomodating. For the slightest issue, the host would come to the cabin in less than 5 minutes and solve the issue. The cottage looked even better in real life compared to the photos! They had all the utensils and everything we needed. Would love to visit again!!
